With 20+ years of construction experience, safety is embedded in our company culture. Led by Arlene Corona, our dedicated Safety Director, we maintain a proactive approach to hazard prevention, risk mitigation, and on-site safety awareness.

Prevention
We have established a comprehensive safety program that reflects our commitment, goals, and procedures for maintaining a safe work environment. Through rigorous safety inspections, we emphasize hazard identification and prompt corrective action to prevent incidents before they occur.

The second step in our safety process is effective communication with field personnel. This is achieved through regular toolbox talks and company-wide safety meetings, reinforcing our goal of building a strong, proactive safety culture among all employees.
