Scope of Work

At C Corona Construction, we bring precision and quality to every project—large or small. For the Cedar Drive Project, our client needed a solid and reliable foundation for their new hot tub. We delivered a custom hot tub concrete patio pad engineered for long-term performance and aesthetic appeal.

Our team began with careful site excavation and grading to ensure proper elevation and drainage. We then formed and poured a reinforced concrete slab using high-strength mix to meet weight-bearing requirements. The surface was finished to a smooth, even texture suitable for outdoor installation and long-term weather resistance.

This project highlights our expertise in residential concrete flatwork, combining functionality, structural integrity, and a clean finish. With every step, from planning through final inspection, we upheld C Corona Construction’s standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Project Goals
  • Establish a Stable Foundation: Create a reinforced concrete pad capable of supporting the full weight of a filled residential hot tub, including occupants and equipment.

  • Ensure Long-Term Durability: Use high-quality materials and proven concrete flatwork methods to provide a long-lasting, low-maintenance surface.

  • Achieve Proper Drainage: Grade and slope the base appropriately to prevent standing water and ensure water runoff away from the home and pad area.

  • Deliver a Level Surface: Form and finish the slab to precise level specifications to ensure safe hot tub installation and operation.

  • Integrate with Surroundings: Ensure the new patio pad blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape and meets homeowner aesthetic preferences.

  • Maintain Safety and Compliance: Follow OSHA safety standards and best practices throughout excavation, formwork, and pouring to protect crew and property.
